School of 10 years of the October Revolution (“House-Bird”), 1927-1928, architect Pankov V.I., Lenina Avenue, 53. Regional Cultural Heritage Site. The decision was made by Ivanovo Oblispolkom №322 on 22.10.1986

The school of 10 years of the October Revolution was one of the first school buildings of the city of the soviet period. It was built in the style of constructivism by Pankov’s project in 1928. The walls are made from red brick and rendered grey parts. Symmetrical plan of the building looks like a flying bird with flapped wings. The front is asymmetrical because of the observatory over the left wing.
